A pair of "packaged" rifles
With the QB Tune Hunter & Hunter Deluxe we have intentionally moved a little bit away from our "Every rifle built to order" stance with something we have been asked for time and again. See the gallery for pictures of these two great rifles. Typically 11.5 foot pounds of energy in a light weight, traditionally styled, silenced sporter package. This has grown out of a number of customer commissions for a full legal power, light weight, .22, hunting air rifle with scope and silencer. We chose to build it around our usual QB Tuned QB/XS 78 .22 air rifle with all our normal tuning preparation. To this we have added a 3-7x20 zoom scope, specially selected for it's light weight, optical performance and optically adjusted to be parallax free at 25 yards with specially built sound moderator by Silencers4u. This combination is delivering levels of accuracy, power, economy and value that have put the QB Tuned and XS family rifles in a class of their own. We supply this rifle in it's own padded carry slip which has both hand and shoulder carry straps and a zip pocket to carry accessories and supplies. Accurate Sub 1/2” groups at 30 yards Economical Usually more than 50 FULL POWER shots per pair of CO2 cannisters. Light weight Under 7 Lbs and ready to shoot! (Includes pellet) Quiet The new generation of sound moderators from Silencers4u mean that the muzzle report is not much louder than the action. Classic looks A real hunter with all the power and the style to match. Also available based on the QB Deluxe with brass effect trigger, bolt handle, enhanced stock and integral brass silencer trim. Pricing:- QB Tuned XS 78 £130 QB Tune Hunter £210 QB Tune XS 78 Deluxe £150 QB Tune Hunter Deluxe £245

What people are saying about QB Tune
I've decided it's time to publish some of the comments we have had, and in my usual style they are warts and all comments. Also some links to on line comments. _________________________________________________ Hi Ian, Just to let you know i am very pleased with the work you carried out on my rifle, i have seen a big difference not only in velocity but a smoother bolt action. Thanks again for your service and i have left a review on the reviewcentre.com site. I already have a reveiw regarding the xs78 (teluk 27th jan2007) and have left a reply note recommending your service. Regards Terry ______________________________________________ Ian the guns great very pleased. the stock did get marked though. I suggest you bubble wrap the stocks in future, mine has the classic wobble in the box and get scuffed syndrome, managed to tweak it with a bit of the old pledge. Other then that really happy, nice bunnie wacker, i will be singing about your service. some pics for you Many thanks Tim. ________________________________________________ Thats fine Ian She is back together and I am delighted - much smoother Just waiting for the weather to warm up then we're off to the rabbits!!! Duncan __________________________________________________ hi ian graham robottom of otmoors, deddington chrono'd my gun on monday result-10.5 ft/lbs using air arms field pellets moved trigger block forward and ended up with a final result-11.2 ft/lbs zeroed at 30 yds centre to centre groups 3/4 inch in the wind ! bisley slip on silencer added ready to blat pigeons and rabbits ! all the best jake ________________________________________________ Hi Ian recieved the rifle saturday morning because the delivery driver went to number 2 across the street, you can imagine my panic when i typed in the tracking number to see "no one at collection point, card left" safe to say i was just a bit confused , so i phoned them and they assured me that the driver had been to my house and left a card "have you got a white door ? " they asked " erm no ive got brown doors on my house love ! " so anyway the mistake was rectified and saturday morning i opened the parcel and i must say i was plesently surprised the rifle looks really good , i took it out yesterday and and was pleased with how it shoots overall Ian job well done im compleatly satisfied with it thanks, ill be recommending you and also would you like me to take some pictures for your gallery and send them to you id be more than happy to do this for you. trevor __________________________________________________ Hey Ian, I finally got out with that new rifle on Thursday, you are right, they do shoot as good as they look! I was impressed when I saw it and handled it, Now Ive shot it as well! 2 shots, 2 bunnies, both at 35-40 yards. how good is that :-)) using the bismags you said gave the most stopping power with this gun. What do you think of the Ein Jin pellets? they are heavy at almost 30 grane................... Any way, that gun. How do you get all that shine into them? inside and out! It just looks so good! I put my tasco scope on it, I know you call it a Tesco but it works for me. Hoping to get out again tomorrow, see what else yhis gun will do but for now I think I'll just go back to watvhing the TV and cocking & uncocking that bolt. it is so sexy! Anyway it really hacks herself off when I sit in the lounge with a gun :-). Cheers m8 and thanks again for this rifle It's a beut. Alex note by Ian :- Alex IS an old friend but these are his unsolicited words. _______________________________________________ http://www.airgunbbs.com/forums/showthread.php? t=174628&highlight=QB+Tune _______________________________________________ http://www.airgunbbs.com/forums/showthread.php? t=178518&highlight=qb+tune ______________________________________________

Now these are a sweet little rifle. Largely brass and wood construction and when the trigger has been sorted out and the ports set up they shoot really nicely. I now have one here shooting 11.2 fpe on high power 8.7 on low with the sweetest trigger. Anyone else want theirs sorting out? Drop me an email:- air_rifle_tuner@yahoo.co.uk Ian

Diversification
As you brobably know we started doing spring guns some time ago and after some suggestions I have a XS-36-2 on the bench right now learning what it needs. One of the up sides of spring guns is that they are not as particular about air temperature as CO2 rifles so it may well appeal to people in the U.K. and cheaper than PCP. This rifle shot over 9 fpe out of the box so I dont think it will need too much work so therefore hopefully a better price to you. Email me if you are interested please. air_rifle_tuner@yahoo.co.uk Ian
